We are seeking motivated and driven Real Estate Agents to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will help clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing exceptional service and market expertise. This role is ideal for self-starters who are ambitious, goal-oriented, and thrive in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Market listings through online platforms, networking, and community engagement.
• Research and analyze local real estate market trends.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
• Guide clients through the entire real estate process, from initial inquiry to closing.
• Maintain proper licensing and stay updated on industry regulations and practices.

Qualifications:

• Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and technology tools (MLS, CRM, etc.).
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
