Key Responsibilities

• Promote and lease/sell properties through advertising, open houses, and listing services.
• Generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals.
• Guide clients through the property buying, selling, or leasing process.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, property values, and Dubai real estate laws.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Coordinate property viewings and negotiations between buyers and sellers or tenants and landlords.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of real estate experience in Dubai (leasing or sales).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• UAE driving license and own car (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with Dubai communities and developers.
• Presentable, confident, and motivated personality.
• Must be available to join immediately.
