Real Estate Agent (Multilingual Required)

Key Responsibilities-

• Build and maintain relationships with landlords
• Negotiate and draft agreements while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
• Conduct market and catchment area analysis and merchandising strategy
• Source proposals, shortlist options, and negotiate favorable deals
• Work closely with marketing and property management teams to promote available units
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and market insights

Requirements-

• Proven experience in real estate or sales (preferred)
• Multilingual proficiency (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
