Role Overview
As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a key role in assisting clients with buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in the ever-changing Dubai real estate market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong client relationships and offering personalized property guidance.
- Conducting property viewings and managing client inquiries.
- Negotiating deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Providing advice on market trends and legal considerations in real estate.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year of experience in the UAE market preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
- Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Real estate certification or relevant qualifications are advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages, such as Arabic, are a plus.
- A valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
