Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, confident Off-Plan Real Estate Assistant to support off-plan sales activities, handle inbound leads, conduct follow-ups, and book qualified investor calls. This role is critical to converting lead volume into real opportunities and supporting closings.
This is not a generic admin role. It is sales-support and lead-conversion focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with off-plan and pre-construction leads
- Qualify clients (budget, payment method, timeline, intent)
- Book qualified calls/meetings with senior sales
- Send WhatsApp follow-ups and project teasers
- Coordinate with developers and manage basic project info
- Maintain lead updates and follow-up status
Requirements (Strict)
- Own visa (required – do not apply otherwise)
- Prior Dubai real estate experience, preferably off-plan
- Strong spoken and written English
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client interaction
- Organized, responsive, and able to work independently
- Sales-minded with a results-driven attitude
