Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Controller to ensure that all vehicles serviced in our Car Care Department meet the highest standards of detailing, cleaning, and finishing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of automotive aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles after car wash, polishing, interior cleaning, tinting, PPF, ceramic coating, and other detailing services.
• Ensure all services are completed to company standards before vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Identify any defects, missed spots, or unsatisfactory work and coordinate rework with the detailing team.
• Maintain documentation and reports on service quality and customer complaints.
• Provide feedback and training to staff to improve service quality.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and order in the detailing area.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of detailing materials and tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in car care, detailing, or automotive quality inspection.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for vehicle aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of car detailing chemicals, tools, and techniques.
