Full job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and purchase heavy vehicle spare parts from local and international suppliers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure timely availability of parts required for workshop and maintenance operations.
  • Review purchase requests, compare quotations, and prepare purchase orders.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with stores and workshop teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier details, and price updates.
  • Follow company policies and ensure cost-effective procurement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing heavy vehicle spare parts.
  • Arabic language proficiency (must).
  • Strong knowledge of trucks, trailers, heavy equipment spare parts, and automotive market.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple orders.
