We are looking for a motivated Purchasing Assistant to support our procurement team in sourcing products and services at competitive prices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with suppliers, obtaining quotations, and assisting with overall purchasing operations to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and communicate with suppliers to obtain prices and quotations.

Compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.

Assist in inventory management by coordinating with the warehouse or relevant departments.

Follow up on delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.

Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and explore new supplier options.

Handle general administrative tasks related to purchasing and procurement.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.

Basic understanding of procurement processes and inventory management.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
