Job Summary:

• Handle all purchasing activities, ensuring the timely delivery of building materials as per project and contract requirements.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules directly with traders and suppliers to achieve the most cost-effective deals.
• Maintain and update supplier and trader lists, tracking performance, pricing, and reliability.
• Evaluate offers from multiple sources and select the best options based on price, quality, and service.
• Oversee the full cycle of sourcing, purchasing, price comparison, and supplier relationship management specific to building materials.
• Ensure that all purchases support operational efficiency and cost savings for the company.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1-year of purchasing experience in Building Materials Trading.
• Strong negotiation, pricing, and communication skills with traders and vendors.
• Knowledge of purchasing processes in Building Materials Trading.
• Driving license: Preferred.
