Job Title: Purchase Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, pricing, and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
  • Support in monitoring inventory levels and requirements.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce/Engineering (or related).
  • Freshers welcome (training provided).
  • Good communication & organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
