Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle immigration and MOL processes, including visas, labour cards (new, renewal, cancellation), company renewals, insurance, and fee submissions.
  • Manage applications for Emirates ID, medicals, visa stamping, and status changes.
  • Liaise with the AMER Centre, TASHEEL, DED, MOHRE, and other relevant government bodies to obtain all required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with the company’s indoor/outdoor administrative tasks.
  • Support urgent or special assignments as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, immigration, and government portals.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills; Arabic is an advantage.
