Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Automotive Transactions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) specializing in automotive transactions with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience within the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and completing all vehicle-related governmental procedures and documentation, including close coordination with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and other relevant agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and process all types of vehicle registration, renewal, transfer, and related transactions.
• Coordinate directly with the RTA to ensure timely completion of automotive procedures.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on required documents with government authorities.
• Maintain accurate records of all completed and pending transactions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular updates to management on transaction status and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PRO services within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of RTA procedures and automotive transaction workflows.
• Excellent communication and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Valid UAE driving license is .
