Responsibilities :

The main duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Updating and maintaining the PRO database, including scanning and organizing passports, labour contracts, labour cards, visas, and other related documents.
  • Tracking entry dates of new employees for visa processing and related requirements.
  • Assisting employees and managers with day-to-day PRO-related inquiries.
  • Ensuring all relevant documentation and information are accurately prepared and forwarded to the PRM.
  • Preparing, organizing, and maintaining individual hard-copy HR records.
  • Liaising with the PRO and HR departments regarding visa processing, contract renewals, cancellations, and other related tasks.
  • Ensuring company compliance with UAE labour laws and relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Currently residing in the UAE.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to join immediately.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
