Key Responsibilities

1. Company Formation & Government Liaison

  • Set up companies across UAE Mainland and Free Zones.
  • Liaise with TASHEEL, Immigration, Free Zone authorities, and other government bodies.
  • Process labor contracts, visa applications, trade licenses, and corporate documentation.
  • Collect and deliver official documents like Emirates IDs, licenses, and company stamps.
  • Prepare and submit accurate WPS and banking documentation.
  • Stay up to date with evolving compliance and regulatory requirements.

2. Operational Logistics

  • Travel daily to meet clients and deliver/submit documentation.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and client requests are handled efficiently.
  • Stay flexible and responsive in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of PRO experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of both Mainland and Free Zone company setup.
  • Confident handling immigration, TASHEEL, visa, and labor documentation.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across Emirates.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Strong digital skills—comfortable with government portals and online systems.
  • Responsible, highly organized, and client-oriented.
  • Clear communicator with a positive, proactive mindset.
