Key Responsibilities
Public Relations (PRO) Duties
- Handle all government-related documentation and approvals (MOIAT, Municipality, Civil Defense, Immigration, Ministry of Labor, etc.).
- Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor contracts in compliance with UAE laws.
- Maintain strong relationships with government authorities and ensure timely processing of company documents.
- Coordinate trade license renewals, company registrations, and other legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to scaffolding operations.
Human Resources Duties
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Draft and maintain HR policies aligned with UAE labor law and company standards.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.
- Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Organize training sessions on safety, compliance, and professional development.
- Ensure proper documentation for scaffolding workforce, including certifications and medical fitness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in PRO and HR functions in the UAE (construction/scaffolding industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
