Seeking a skilled Public Relations Officer (PRO) who can also serve as our legal representative. We are open to both part-time and full-time arrangements, depending on the candidate’s availability and suitability. This is a critical role for ensuring smooth operations and compliance with UAE regulations across both Freezone and Mainland jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the company’s official legal representative with government authorities and Freezone entities.
• Manage company license renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
• Liaise with government departments, banks, and Freezone authorities for all documentation and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations for both Freezone and Mainland operations.
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and maintain updated knowledge of changes in legislation.

Requirements

• Arabic speaker (mandatory) with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a PRO and legal representative in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Freezone and Mainland government procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy.
• Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
