What you will do

• Provide genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area.

• Anticipate guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction. Offers a special service touch when an opportunity is presented.

• Maintain public areas of the hotel washrooms to be clean and refreshed/stocked, routine checks of all public areas.

• Clean and self-inspects public areas as assigned and in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

What you bring

• Previous experience as Housekeeping Attendant within 5* luxury Hotels .

• Great attention to detail.
