What You Will Do
- Take ownership of a landlord’s investment journey: onboarding, leasing, renewals, and full Ejari compliance.
- Implement strategic leasing plans to drive occupancy, reduce vacancies, and maximize landlord ROI.
- Be the face of Aston Gate to property owners, ensuring professional service and long-term retention.
- Oversee financial performance: rental collections, bounced cheque recovery, budgeting, and reporting.
- Coordinate maintenance, contractors, and service agreements to deliver seamless tenant experiences.
- Collaborate with our sales and leasing teams to cross-leverage opportunities across Dubai’s top communities.
- Report directly to senior leadership, with a mandate to scale the Property Management arm.
What We Expect
- Minimum 3–5 years’ Dubai property management experience (residential or mixed portfolio).
- Proven results in maximizing rental income and landlord satisfaction.
- Deep knowledge of UAE tenancy laws, RERA regulations, and Ejari processes.
- Strong financial and operational discipline — able to run a P&L like a business unit.
- Excellent communication in English; Arabic a plus.
- A self-starter mentality — able to operate with autonomy, initiative, and accountability.
