Job Summary:

We are hiring fresher Property Consultants who are passionate about real estate and have a strong desire to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in identifying their property needs and provide suitable recommendations
• Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective buyers or tenants
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, locations, and property listings
• Build relationships with clients through excellent customer service and regular follow-ups
• Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams to manage listings
• Learn to negotiate deals and prepare basic documentation under supervision
• Support senior consultants in day-to-day operations and lead generation

Qualifications & Skills:

• Recent graduate (any discipline); background in business, marketing, or real estate is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry
• Basic understanding of property and real estate (training will be provided)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude
• Own vehicle and driving license (preferred but not mandatory, depending on location)
