We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Design & Fit-Out Project Supervisor to manage end-to-end interior fit-out and renovation projects. The role involves project supervision, cost estimation, vendor coordination, and client handling, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and cost control across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Project Supervision & Execution

• Supervise interior fit-out and renovation works on-site from initiation to handover
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Coordinate daily activities of technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers

Costing & Estimation

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets
• Monitor project expenses and control costs within approved limits
• Assist management with pricing, quotations, and variation orders

Vendor & Procurement Management

• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely site delivery
• Maintain vendor performance, quality, and cost efficiency

Client Coordination

• Act as the main point of contact for clients during project execution
• Conduct site meetings, progress updates, and resolve client queries
• Ensure client expectations are met in terms of quality, timelines, and scope

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to UAE construction standards, safety rules, and company SOPs
• Conduct quality checks and resolve site issues proactively
• Coordinate inspections, snag lists, and final handover

General & Operational Support

• Handle site documentation, daily reports, and progress tracking
• Support management with multiple ongoing projects
• Assist with any general operational or technical tasks required for Interifix projects

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in interior fit-out or project supervision in UAE
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods
• Experience in cost estimation, BOQs, and vendor negotiations
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Ability to manage multiple sites and work independently
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Dubai authorities and fit-out approval processes
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and layouts
• Practical, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
