Job Description:
We are looking for a project supervisor with strong experience in interior fit-out and construction projects to manage on-site execution and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and workforce
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor project timelines and report progress regularly
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and site discipline
• Manage materials, tools, and site resources
• Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of site execution, materials, and finishes
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• UAE experience preferred
