We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Project Sales Executive with proven experience in exhibition and conference sales. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving exhibitor revenue by selling exhibition space, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire potential exhibitors aligned with event’s theme
  • Sell exhibition space by effectively communicating the value proposition and ROI
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through sales strategies and negotiations
  • Conduct market and industry research to identify new sales opportunities and competitor activity
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential exhibitors
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored exhibition solutions
  • Provide excellent post sale support to exhibitors, ensuring a seamless and positive event experience
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Exhibition / Conference Sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment
