We are a real estate development company, looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and review plans in collaboration with design and architect teams
• Develop and oversee schedules and timelines
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and RFI’s
• Oversee the architectural process from initial design to the completion of construction
• Maintain project files, including correspondence, drawings, and material samples
• Manage the project team to ensure that client specifications and expectations are fulfilled
• Review funds and estimates for assigned projects
• Manage correspondence with vendors, consultants, etc.
• Manage site planning and compliance
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Monitor progress of all construction phases in compliance with building plans and deadlines
• Execute site surveys on a need basis

What we are expecting from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, project management, or a related field
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in UAE
• Experience with fit-out
• Must be available in UAE
• Excellent management & time management skills
• Ability to work under stressful conditions
