Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager. The position is based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Project Manager will oversee project execution, ensure timelines are met, and coordinate logistics across design, architecture, engineering, and construction. Responsibilities include managing project workflows to maintain efficiency, ensuring best practices during construction, and overseeing quality control throughout fit-out and finishing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS, LEED, or equivalent) are an advantage
  • Strong understanding of local building codes, permitting processes, and regulatory requirements

Technical Skills

  • Proven experience managing property development projects, particularly in high-end residential or hospitality sectors
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction works, structural coordination, and site execution
  • Expertise in interior design coordination, finishing materials, and fit-out quality standards
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Monday.com)
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration

Project Management Competencies

  • Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple project phases
  • Strong quality control and snag management skills for finishing and handover stages
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (designers, engineers, contractors, suppliers)
  • Strong risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail with a strong aesthetic sensibility
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to drive team performance on-site
