We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion. The role involves managing timelines, budgets, site execution, quality, and client coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and close fit-out projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients.
  • Oversee site operations and ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
  • Monitor project costs and manage procurement and materials.
  • Lead handover and snag resolution processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in interior fit-out project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and project coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
