Project Manager (Construction) – Job Description
Main role:
Plans, coordinates, and oversees construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Supervise site managers, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure safety, quality, and legal compliance on site.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Solve problems and manage risks during construction.
Skills required:
Leadership, organisation, budgeting, time management, communication, and technical construction knowledge.
