Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end fit-out project lifecycle: design coordination, procurement, construction, handover.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of work.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any site issues or conflicts.
• Prepare progress reports, cost tracking, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
• Handle risk management and implement corrective measures when required.
• Oversee the handover process including snagging, commissioning, and close-out documentation.
