Job Description:
Bernini Interiors L.L.C is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager (Fit-Out) to oversee and manage high-end interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in the fit-out industry, and a deep understanding of project coordination, budgeting, and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of fit-out projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure all work is completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
- Resolve any project issues, delays, or conflicts efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the Fit-Out/Interior Design industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the UAE.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
