Project Manager

Job Description:

Bernini Interiors L.L.C is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager (Fit-Out) to oversee and manage high-end interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in the fit-out industry, and a deep understanding of project coordination, budgeting, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of fit-out projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Ensure all work is completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Resolve any project issues, delays, or conflicts efficiently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the Fit-Out/Interior Design industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
  • Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
