Roles Description:

  • Assist the Projects team in the execution of event-related operations
  • Coordinate logistical planning and manage event-day activities
  • Provide administrative support to Senior or Project Managers
  • Maintain and update the events calendar
  • Prepare and distribute documentation, including meeting minutes and event manuals
  • Develop and oversee detailed project plans (timelines, budgets, resources)
  • Monitor progress and ensure quality and adherence to internal standards
  • Support in the creation and implementation of event manuals for each stage of the project lifecycle
  • Serve as liaison between departments, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Manage logistical details such as contracts, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination
  • Support the risk management process for all projects
  • Document and report project milestones, risks, and updates
  • Conduct research and contribute to brainstorming sessions
  • Assist in developing innovative event concepts and participating in internal ideation workshops
  • Assist in post-event reconciliation, including financial tracking and documentation closure
  • Follow established procedures, standards, and compliance guidelines

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event or project coordination/management
  • Proven experience managing event budgets, logistics, and stakeholder communication
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with compliance processes and risk management frameworks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning tools
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
  • Creative mindset with an eye for innovation and detail
