We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to assist with project planning, execution, and timely delivery across teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects stay on track, resources are well-managed, and communication remains clear and effective throughout all phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and support the project team to meet deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Assist in managing resources and project documentation.
- Maintain effective communication between departments and stakeholders.
- Support with administrative tasks related to project execution.
- Experience in handling payroll will be considered an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Ability to focus and perform under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Candidates who are proficient in Gujarati will be given priority.
