Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and supervise interior fit-out projects from start to handover.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress.
  • Review project drawings, material submittals, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and cost control sheets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and progress.
  • Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
  • Ensure all approvals, permits, and handover documentation are in place.
  • Report project updates and challenges to management regularly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
