Project Coordinator

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Work closely with our Project Managers to deliver excellent service
  • Directly work with our project, engineering and operations teams to develop creative solutions to complex project and logistical challenges
  • Support Project Managers with all project planning activities
  • Communicate with our clients and other third parties to keep them informed about the progress of their projects, its schedule and any challenges the project may be facing
  • Support Project Managers with project financials, such as budget creation, cost tracking and invoicing
  • Logging and maintaining documentation (RFI, change order, contracts, subcontracts, closeout documentation etc.)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • You have a Bachelor working and thinking level, obtained through education and/or experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator ideally with large-scale projects
  • Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written
  • Good attention to detail and able to work in a accurate manner
  • You have great interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
  • You should have valid UAE driving license
