Position Overview:

The VFX Production Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating VFX projects, working closely with clients, VFX producers, supervisors, and artists to ensure smooth workflows and timely deliveries.

This role is perfect for a highly organized individual with experience in VFX, post-production, or animation production who can juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and client needs while maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire VFX production process, ensuring that schedules, budgets, and resources align with project goals.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, task assignments, and workflow tracking.
• Work closely with VFX Producers, Supervisors, and the global T-VFX team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee all rebate applications and ensuring all documentations are filed accordingly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure clear communication between artists, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in budget planning, cost tracking, and resource allocation for VFX projects.
• Maintain accurate production records, documentation, and reports.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in VFX, animation, or post-production project management.
• Strong background in Abu Dhabi Cashback Rebate programs
• Fluent proficiency in English. (Arabic and/or Russian is a plus).
• Strong background in managing multiple VFX projects simultaneously.
• Expert in production scheduling tools (ShotGrid, Ftrack, or similar).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of VFX pipelines, workflows, and production lifecycles.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines, last-minute changes, and fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s post-production ecosystem and regional film industry.
• Background in client servicing and high-profile project management.
