Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with strong knowledge in steel structural fabrication to oversee factory production activities and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities related to steel structure fabrication
• Read, understand, and execute work as per shop drawings and fabrication drawings
• Coordinate welding, cutting, fitting, and fabrication works
• Ensure welding quality as per approved standards and drawings
• Monitor manpower, materials, and production schedules
• Maintain safety, quality control, and productivity on the shop floor
• Coordinate with engineering and site teams for smooth execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in steel structure fabrication,shaeet metal
• Strong knowledge of structural drawings and shop drawings
• Hands-on experience in welding, fabrication, and assembly
• Ability to manage production teams effectively
• Knowledge of quality and safety procedures
• Experience in UAE/GCC will be an advantage
