Sign Works is looking for a passionate and driven Production Coordinator to work with our Production team at Sign Works Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
• Prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
• Determining quality control standards.
• Planning and organizing production schedules.
• Renegotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
• Ensures that all production equipment are in operating condition.
• Coordination with the Installation Manager.
• Prepares production status reports to the management.
• Manage the flow of operations and manpower schedule (Carpentry, Painting, Packing, Electrical and Laser/CNC).
• Liaise with the projects team and design regarding the shop drawings and client guidelines ensuring the production is happening as per the standards expected from the client.
• Should have the knowledge of AutoCAD and should be able to make cutting list.
• Knowledge of Materials like MDF,Acrylic, Paints and Metal should be must.
• Should have atleast 3-4 years of experience in the field of Retail Fixtures and VM.
• Should be flexible and dependable with the ability to work in multifaceted environment.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Design or engineering or equivalent
• Additional certifications in AutoCAD etc would be preferred.
