JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Procurement Manager in daily procurement operations specific to an aesthetic medical clinic.
  • Support sourcing and purchasing of medical consumables, aesthetic products, equipment, and general clinic supplies.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and coordinate approvals as per clinic procedures.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of medical and aesthetic products.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of aesthetic products, medical consumables, injectables, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or expiries.
  • Monitor expiry dates, batch numbers, and storage conditions in line with healthcare regulations.
  • Issue supplies to clinical and non-clinical departments based on approved requests.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff to understand consumption patterns and requirements.
  • Assist in supplier evaluation based on pricing, quality, compliance, and delivery performance.
  • Maintain procurement, inventory, and store documentation including invoices, GRNs, and stock reports.
  • Support internal and external audits related to procurement, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical procurement practices, clinic policies, and healthcare regulations.
  • Utilize procurement and inventory management systems for tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare basic inventory and procurement reports for management review.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Assistant / Store Assistant, preferably in an aesthetic clinic, medical center, or healthcare environment.
  • Basic knowledge of medical and aesthetic supplies, inventory control, and procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with procurement or inventory management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, especially for expiry and batch control.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance and pleasant personality suitable for a premium aesthetic clinic environment.
  • Valid UAE Driver’s License is an advantage.
