Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement plans specific to fit-out projects.
- Review BOQs and drawings to identify procurement needs; issue RFQs and analyze quotations.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for quality and competitive pricing.
- Handle end-to-end procurement of materials and subcontracted services for interior fit-out projects. Coordinate with the Project team/ Site team to plan and fulfil material requirements ensuring materials meet project specifications and regulatory standard.
- Manage POs and delivery schedules to align with project milestones to avoid delays and ensure timely site availability.

- Maintain procurement logs, documentation, and vendor database and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project timelines, and track procurement costs, savings, and budget adherence
- Monitor vendor performance, evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement within the fit-out or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, furniture.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, MS Office, and AutoCAD (a plus).
- Understanding of local and international supplier markets, especially within the GCC.
- Knowledge of local procurement laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with tendering and contract management processes.
Skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in procurement management software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local and international suppliers, pricing, and market trends.
