Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for materials, supplies, and services
  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, delivery schedules, and payment terms with vendors
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delays, quality, or shortages
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase documentation, and supplier databases
  • Coordinate with internal departments to forecast material needs and ensure timely delivery
  • Track inventory levels and support inventory planning to avoid shortages or excess stock
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations
