Procurement Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Procurement Officer with strong experience in road and infrastructure contracting companies. The candidate will be responsible for handling procurement activities, sourcing reliable suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle procurement of materials and services related to road and infrastructure projects.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare purchase orders, contract, and follow up on deliveries.
  • Maintain updated records of materials, suppliers, and pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Procurement Officer in road and infrastructure contracting companies.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of local and international suppliers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
