About Us:
Al Bait Maeda Al Jadeed is a well-known Iranian restaurant recognized for its authentic cuisine and excellent service. We are looking for a Procurement & Inventory Manager who can independently handle purchasing, supplier coordination, and stock control for our restaurant operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complete procurement cycle – sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing all food, beverage, and non-food items.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure timely delivery of all required materials at the best possible cost and quality.
- Track daily and monthly inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct regular stock audits and control wastage or variance.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and operations teams for accurate demand forecasting.
- Implement and monitor the FIFO (First In, First Out) system to ensure product freshness.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, supplier invoices, and stock movement.
- Prepare regular reports on purchases, stock levels, and cost analysis for management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in storage areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of F&B products, supplier management, and cost control.
- Proficient in MS Excel or inventory management software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and integrity in managing company assets.
