We are a dynamic and growing group of companies operating across multiple industries, including Interior, fitness, F&B, retail, etc. With innovation and excellence at the heart of our operations, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Procurement Officer to join our team and ensure cost-effective, timely, and high-quality sourcing of goods and services across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies to support the group’s operational and project needs.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve the best value in terms of quality, price, delivery, and payment terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure accuracy in specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure continuous supply and service excellence.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and alternative products/materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal/contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to align purchasing activities with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement contracts, supplier databases, and purchase histories.
- Regularly review and analyze procurement costs to identify areas for savings and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum [3–5] years of experience in procurement, preferably within a group of companies or a multi-industry environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and supplier management is a plus.
