Job Summary

The Procurement Manager will lead the sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain activities for Al Bait Al Hadi Porta Cabins’ manufacturing and project delivery operations in the UAE. This role ensures cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services while maintaining high quality, timely delivery, and compliance with company and UAE industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and project requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for materials such as modular paneling, steel frames, insulation, electrical/mechanical components, and services relevant to prefab and porta cabin production.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, purchase terms, and delivery schedules to secure cost-effective agreements.
• Issue RFQs (requests for quotations), compare bids, and make supplier recommendations based on price, quality, lead times, and compliance.
• Forecast procurement needs based on project pipelines, production schedules, and inventory levels.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage vendor relationships, and resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and Production teams to streamline delivery and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar.
• 5+ years of procurement experience (preferably in construction, prefab/modular manufacturing, or heavy materials).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• Experience with ERP procurement modules and standard procurement software.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
