We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support senior management with a strong focus on operations coordination and procurement support within a construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative and coordination support to senior management
  • Assist with procurement activities including RFQs, purchase orders, vendor follow-ups, and documentation
  • Coordinate between operations, site teams, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Track material requests, delivery schedules, and basic procurement reports
  • Manage correspondence, meetings, schedules, and operational records
  • Support preparation of reports, trackers, and presentations related to operations and procurement

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in construction
  • Exposure to operations and procurement processes
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and documentation management
  • Ability to handle confidential information and multiple priorities
