Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Co-ordinator to join our Interior Fit-Out / Joinery team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of local suppliers, materials, and procurement processes related to interior fit-out and joinery projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate procurement activities for interior fit-out and joinery projects
  • Source, negotiate, and finalize suppliers and subcontractors as per project requirements
  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) in line with approved budgets
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to site as per project schedules
  • Maintain and update procurement records, vendor databases, and material tracking
  • Liaise with project managers, site teams, and finance departments
  • Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement standards
  • Handle material submittals, approvals, and coordination with consultants
  • Monitor stock levels and minimize material shortages or excess

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within Interior Fit-Out or Joinery companies in Dubai
  • Strong knowledge of local UAE suppliers and materials
  • Experience in handling fit-out materials such as wood, finishes, hardware, glass, and MEP-related items
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/ERP systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in fast-track interior fit-out projects
  • Knowledge of cost control and budget management
  • Familiarity with contracts and supplier agreements
