We’re seeking a motivated Procurement Officer / Logistics Coordinator to manage purchasing, inventory, and supply chain operations that keep our projects running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase lighting and electrical materials from local and international suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure best value and timely supply
• Coordinate shipping, freight, and delivery logistics for incoming and outgoing materials
• Track and manage inventory levels to support ongoing projects
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and freight partners
• Work closely with the design and project management teams to forecast material needs
• Prepare purchase orders, shipping documents, and maintain accurate procurement records

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management (lighting or electrical industry preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory or ERP systems
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
