Full job description

• Analyze engineering drawings to identify and list all required materials for customer orders.
• Conduct technical review of drawings to ensure accurate material specifications.
• Understand project requirements and source appropriate materials from reliable suppliers.
• Request quotations from multiple suppliers and prepare detailed price and technical comparison sheets.
• Evaluate supplier pricing, delivery time, and quality to recommend the best option.
• Coordinate regularly with Design, Production, and Purchase departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of all materials.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing suppliers.
• Identify and develop new suppliers capable of providing required materials.
• Ensure on-time delivery by continuously monitoring supplier performance.
• Maintain procurement records in both soft and hard copies for easy reference.
• Update ERP system with purchase orders, quotations, delivery status, and other required information.
• Coordinate with the store team for inventory management and stock control.
• Monitor stock levels to avoid material shortages and ensure uninterrupted production

Experience Required : Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
