Job Title: Procurement Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and follow up with suppliers.
  • Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain records of materials, suppliers, and purchase orders.
  • Support in comparing prices, specifications, and delivery dates.
  • Assist in preparing procurement reports and documentation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of required materials to sites.
  • Perform other administrative and procurement-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Freshers or candidates with home country experience are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Female candidates are preferred.
