As a Lifeguard at Holiday Homes, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests at the swimming pool and surrounding recreational water areas. You’ll be a visible, proactive presence and a friendly face that ensures everyone can enjoy their stay with peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor swimming pools and water areas to ensure guest safety
• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations professionally
• Respond quickly and effectively to all emergencies and incidents
• Perform routine safety checks and maintain cleanliness of the pool area
• Provide basic first aid and CPR when necessary
• Offer friendly assistance to guests and answer questions about pool facilities

Qualifications:

• Valid Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross or equivalent)
• CPR and First Aid Certification (Required)
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness
• Previous lifeguard experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to stay alert, calm, and responsive in emergency situation
