Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor pool and surrounding areas to prevent accidents.
• Respond immediately to emergencies and perform rescues when required.
• Enforce safety rules and educate members on proper pool use.
• Perform CPR/First Aid when necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of pool facilities.
• Conduct regular checks of safety equipment.
• Maintain daily activity and incident reports.
• Assist during swim programs, member activities, or training sessions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a lifeguard (2-3 years preferred).
• Valid Lifeguard Certification + CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Excellent swimming and rescue skills.
• Strong observation and quick decision-making ability.
• Calm in high-pressure situations with a responsible attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
• Own Visa (preferred)
