Job Description:

• Set up and organize lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels daily.
• Greet guests courteously, offer assistance, and provide information about amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool and beach areas, including removing trash and soiled towels.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with facility rules.
• Report maintenance needs, unsafe conditions, or guest concerns to management promptly.
• Support pool/beach events or activities as directed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments for extended periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organization and time management skills.
